Here is a list of my preferred Typewriter fonts I often use in my design projects.
Some of these fonts are very popular and absolutely you must have them in your fonts collection! I included a link to download each font apart and some suggest about how you can use them. This collection includes: King, 39 Smooth, Underwood 1913, Type-Ra, Last Words, F25 Executive, Another Typewriter, Stalker and XBand Rough.

King is an elegant and highly readable typewriter font useful to design titles and headers.

3. Underwood 1913 (download)
Underwood 1913 is a dirt-line font. Useful for old-style sites to design headers and titles.

Type-Ra is another dirt-line font useful to design old design elements. I prefer use it in a small size.

Last Words is a large typewriter font. Nice using big size for title and headers.

Telegraphem is an uppercase typewriter font. Useful to design old style labels using small size.

Another Typewriter is one of my preferred typewriter font, highly readable for titles, headers or simple text.

Stalker is a large-space font. I prefer use it with a big size (greater than 40pt).

This is a terrific list! All high quality, readable fonts and I don't think I've heard of any of them before. Thank you.
Fonts like these can be useful in some situations, but generally I find they are over-used, just like handwriting fonts (although I like the way you've used them). The growing trend of using the ugly Comic Sans everywhere is very disturbing.

Very nice collection, though there is one (or two) fonts that I wouldn't put on a list.
BTW, hat Comic Sans trend is a result of those ugly MySpace profile styles, nothing more.
